In 2011 I teamed up with Phreakwave Games, some nice and talented guys from Rostock, that develop games with passion. Some of the games that are shown on this site are made by them, while I act as a publisher for them.
My name is Dirk Nordhusen. I was born on 4th of September in 1972. I work as a professional engineer at T-Systems in Bremen, Germany. I’ve been programming for the most time of my life, starting with Pascal, switching over to C/C++ and coming back to Pascal some years ago. When I started programming games in 2006, I used Delphi for about 2 years to learn game development and code DirectX. When Microsoft released XNA I switched to C# and still use it today. I made games for the Zune Media Player, the XBox 360 and the Windows Phone. Currently I am developing games for Windows Phone, Windows 8 and in the near future Android and maybe iOS using the great MonoGame framework.
